I came up with the title "Scribbles" because it reflects the style of writing: easy, light and fun (as most doodles on a scrap paper would look like).

Sun-kissed skin. Breeze of the wind. The feel of scrunching sand on my toes. Listening to the sound of waves. Ahhhhh….. Some of hundreds of reasons why I love going to beaches. =)
Long weekend’s approaching, my family and I are planning to go somewhere near yet far in time. A relaxing and fun trip to the ocean that doesn’t completely drain bank account. #literally_my_mother’s ( . ^_____^ . )
You see, it was always my job to find us a new place to explore. (I should’ve asked mom for income doing this) Thanks to my best friend google…. I finally found the one!
I’ve been to several resorts and beaches in Batangas. La Virginia in Nasugbu, La Luz Beach Resort in Laiya and many more. But I never knew there’s another piece of paradise in Calatagan…….. The STILTS.
We left our house at around 9am, a little earlier in our check-in time at 2pm. (My dad’s a lil paranoid. hahaha. He’s afraid to get lost.) But I think traveling by car is easy. We took Sta. I was way, way, way too excited when I heard an announcement from my boss that Sophie’s Mom will be one of our clients. YAY for free cupcakes!!! @_@

For those who do not know about Sophie’s Mom, I pity you soOo bad. (Kidding!). It is a home-style bakery and confectionery in Makati. They are known for their red velvet cupcakes and mochi icecream. #me_drooling
I can’t wait to pay a visit!!! :))

To most people, logo design is usually seen as an easy task to do. You create a symbol that conveys your text, add the company name and the job is done! Buttttt ——- entering the real world… there’s a LOOOOOOOTTTT more to it.
I’ve been designing websites for 2 years now… and believe me, my greatest fear is making LOGOssss. 0_o hahahhaha #super_lame. Am not sure what it is in the logo that makes me feel shoot.me.right.away. =S The conceptualization… maybe?? or or or the endless brainstorming of how I can get a better illustration of the branding?? Ohhhhhh crap!!!!
And of course… My career leaves me with the you-have-no-choice-whether-you-like-it-or-not sitch. >:( Now am starting to embrace the fact that I should love LOGOS now and for the rest of my life. ;)

Today, i’ll be posting about what makes a font more than just a font. #arayt.imma.tonguetwisted =P Lemme introduce you to my very best friend in my most uninspired and lack-of-creativity days, “typography” ^_^
Yes you heard it right, it’s “typography”. For others, they may find it as dull and boring. Fonts again and again. 0_o BUTTT—- never as in NEVER underestimate the power of fonts as your design may evolve into a really, really, really great artwork! *_*
Typography is definitely one of the essential ingredients in creating a design masterpiece. It makes a design more appealing and attractive. However, it is sometimes overlooked by several designers. #me-guilty-here >.<
What makes typography? @_@ the style? the size? or the typeface maybe? NAH—it’s not just about that. Typography also involves colors, textures, leading (the space between lines), tracking (the overall spacing between characters) and kerning (the space between individual characters) that add emotion and mood to the art work. Combine them all and VOILA!!! A well-designed, typography goodie! To help you boost the idea, I’ve posted some of the many nice typography collections together with their links to their original sources. Ready? See below!

A typography piece based on a Batman quote. The mood of each word determined the chosen font. Printed on Black Speckletone with silver pantone. #This style of typography is usually used in magazine prints and fashion prods.

I’ve been a contact lens user since I was in high school. So using circle lenses is not new to me. #Now_what_do_you_care?? U_U #hahaz
For those newbies circle lenses are used for the enhancement and prettifying the eyes. *_* I’m too iffy when it comes to colored lenses as I’m really used to wearing the clear ones becuz me don’t love wearing eye glasses. Oh so much for the story. But then again, my curiosity popped up just like that and voila! I bought my first evurr circle lens ^_^
I got the package from Eye Candy Lens after 14 days of purchasing online #waiting_in_vain. A notice will usually be delivered at your door indicating that the parcel has arrived. #Juz_Great =/ Yes I admit I’m soO impatient to excitement! Hahaz. There, I went at the post office. quite a whilea long time since I posted on my blog.” Happy now? =PJanuary has been a busy-busy month evurr. You know? Work. (I’m a good employee. LOL) But kidding aside, I wish I have 8 days a week to finish my errands - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Payday. BWAHAHAH.
Being busy gives me lack of sleep, stressful days and oh-so-tiring nights. #Me_exaggerating. What can one do when you have no choice but to sleep supah late and get stuck on the monitor screen? Nothing. It’s N-O-T-H-I-N-G. And TADDAH!! Hello panda eyes 0_o #me_wanna_cry. =’[
